Character, description

Burr camphor is an evergreen tree of the laurel family whose wood possesses a vibrant aspect and a very aromatic scent. The veneer obtained is remarkable. The imagination of the observer is stimulated by the cloud forms mixed with groups of burr knots, fine lines and large knots. And the wood stands out through its silky sheen and strong colour which passes from yellowish-green to reddish-brown and deep, dark red.
